using network carrier from Indonesia
SIM 1 = Telkomsel
SIM 2 = XL
If i enable sim 1 & sim 2, then my sim 2 prompt "sim 2 not allowed", and my sim 1 also got no network
if i disable sim 2, my sim 1 works fine
already tried to swap sim 1 & sim 2 place. same result
already check the sim card on other device, no problem with the sim card
WTF with this phone man -_-"

At the first time i think its just a bad coverage signal in the shop location, but when i come back home the signal still not coming
Just apply for refund on your local distributor. This kind of customer service doesnt worth our hard earned money.
This is a bad example on how to spend your money. Lol
