You need to buy a HDCP stripper, they are very cheap. Just look for it, you plug it between ur phone and capture card.

As you can see here, it works absolutely fine. As for why the Rog2 doesnt seem to have any HDCP, I don't know.

That one wont work because its a normal splitter. Its has to have hdcp stripping capabilities.
