Frequency of Occurrence: Always
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): Netflix Version 7.75.1 build 26 35131

Not sure when it happened but one day suddenly i could only watch sd netflix. Probably happened after the .70 or .78 update. I thought it was just my internet, but when I checked it was because of widevine drm certification.

I had this problem and i did a factory reset along with a software based reset which fixed the isssue.
