Just bought new charger from Asus service center and it's not charging

Just bought new charger from Asus service center and it doesn't charge my phone. Tried to charge my phone, it no longer fast chargers and only says hypercharge. But it's not actually charging my phone, battery percentage actually goes down even while it says hypercharge. Same for the side port as well.



Running the latest firmware, another phone charger works fine both ports work help me
