Almost all accessories have been out of stock on Indian official channels for quite some time now. You can keep checking flipkart once in a while or buy/import from other websites. The situation overall is disappointing.
There have been several threads here enquiring for accessories, but there is no development.

Just a honest opinion , dont buy cooler if you want you device to last longer, theres a possibility that use of cooler can kill you device and also cooler dont make a single °C difference so not worth risking your device
