You got a crossflashed phone not official one. Thats why its happening.

@lawlessjoker527 You might have been sold an unsupported configuration by your reseller. (Tencent-branded device flashed with global ROM.) If you suspect this might be true, please contact your reseller, as we can't guarantee the functionality of this combination. You also won't receive FOTA updates.
