@aeron.crestfallen Might take some time for the FOTA to be pushed to your region, wait for a couple of days and see if you get it. You can also update manually using the UL file from our support website:

Settings -> System -> Reset options -> Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth
If that does not work, please backup any personal data and perform a factory reset of your device. (assuming there's nothing qrong with your network. Is your Wi-Fi working with other devices?)
