Do you wan t to elaborate on the issue?
You should be able to use the volume keys to navigate and reboot to the device as usual.
Or use fastboot to reboot.

i already use volume keys to navigate But back again as before no respon.

I think you bricked your software , and you have to flash raw firmware to fix your device
Do note flashing raw wipes internal storage and afaik , theres no way you can recover data even at this state
