Colorbanding fix or not?

Just let the users know. Is a fix in the works or not. I dont think its nice to jerk them around all the time. At least knowing if there isnt going to be a fix can people sell the phone.

Is there any fix available? Can't asus push a app which changes the display settings to correct colour banding?

Color banding is the effect you see caused by a badly calibrated screen. To my knowledge, the only fix available is my kernel, there is nothing else out there.
