Can't Use Mobile Data After Latest Update

Model Name: ASUS ROG 3
Firmware Version: 31.0210.0210.230
Rooted or not: not Rooted
Frequency of Occurrence: constant since update
After the latest system update came i can't use my mobile data at all, i've done all the things to try to fix this, i even whent to my mobile carrier to check if it was a problem on their side, had them take a look at my phone but they cant find anything wrong.
i can still make calls i just cant use the internet
please help
