Brightness auto increase after lock-unlocking the phone

Settings :
adaptive brightness - off
always-on - off
lift to check phone - on
new notification - on
led indicator - on
Steps to reproduce :
Set brightness to 0%
lock phone
unlock manually/ notification/ call
brightness is increased however the value is shown as 0%
Occurrence frequency : 100%

Note : Can't upload video as it won't be properly visible in video.

Thank you for the great description of necessary steps to duplicate the issue! However, this bug is already know and will be fixed in next FOTA 🙂
