Boot logo appearance

i dont know why my phone suddenly become like this, after almost 3 years im using it without problem. Does anyone know what happens with my phone?

I'm so sorry to hear about this issue. Please try to force shutdown by pressing and holding down the power button for 8 seconds until the Asus or android logo appears. 

If your phone still doesn't boot normally, please plug it into a charger and try again. If it still doesn't work, you may need to visit a service center as there could be a hardware issue.
