Like danishblunt mentioned, this could very well be a proximity sensor issue. You can try both, doing a factory reset of your device, or you can try turning off the proximity sensor to see if the issue still persists.

@SHEIKH AZHARUDDIN There could be an option under call settings. If you cannot find it there, please just go ahead with a factory reset as this should work everything out. I will also report this to the team in case there are other cases. however I have not heard of anymore. Thanks!
