SOT and battery backup is way different thing, a 3000mah battery can give SOT of 5hrs but not a good battery backup of 1day. got it?

6h SOT (probably at mid-high brightness) with 1 day and 7h of idle is not that bad.
That idle time could probably translate into an additional 2h of SOT but it's hard to say because it really depend on what you do.
Charge your phone to 100% and put on some youtube with 50% brightness. You will easily reach 10h SOT
