Since apex just released a native controller support. Is it possible that kunai will bit supported in the future ?

Looks like it supports xbox controller only, just like Call of Duty mobile

@Ogghy Up to the developers of the game, and from what I can gather controller support is very limited right now. For now, please refer to the key mapping feature in Game Genie if you want to play Apex with your Kunai.
