Air Trigger issue

Yesterday onwards my right air Trigger is not performing well, I have a problem on right air Trigger,when I touch right air Trigger it was automatically working and the right air Trigger sensitivity was work on phones back side body it's irritating,when I playing the game right back side body was automatically working as right air Trigger.
Give me solution....!

Make sure you are on latest software version which is .78 if not, you can check by
Go to setting => About => Software information.
Clear cache of Air triggers => Settings => Apps.
Check under safe mode if sensitivity is still abnormal.
Factory reset if nothing works. Let me know if its still the same.

@SADAM If your airtrigger is responding to touches on the back of your device, please visit your local service center and let them have a look. (If it's safe for you to do so.)
