This means you are trying to use a cooler that IS not compatible with rog3 (eg: trying to use aeroactive cooler 2 from rog 2 in the rog3)
Only use aeroactive cooler 3 in rog3
Or you connected some USB 3 in the colorful Port at the side of the phone.
Please avoid that
