Firmware Version: Andriod 11 - Build Number - RKQ1.200710.002.WW_Phone-18.0410.2203.201
Rooted or not: NOT ROOTED
Frequency of Occurrence: ALL THE TIME (Aeroactive Cooler Not working)
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): N/A
In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.

Can you try Factory reset on your phone once?
If the issue is still not fixed can you please visit the service center once. There are limited troubleshooting for the accessory so rather we waste time here, it's better you visit the SC for quick solution. Let me know if you face any challenges in regards to the service center.
