Aero active cooler 3 fan not working

It should work out of the box, make sure you're on the latest update release for R3 which is 17.0823.2008.78.

@pritsunit21 Try clearing the storage and cache of Armoury Crate, then reboot your device and try again. (Remember that this will reset all your AC settings.)

I tried clearing the cache and storage... Also my device is updated... Still the fan doesn't seem to work... The light and other ports work perfectly am not sure why the fan isn't working... I have also cleaned it...

Which firmware version are you running?
Do you have a Tencent-branded device?
