After downloading, put in internal memory root and restart.

I hope they can release the manual update files along with the FOTA as I really don't trust the FOTA updates, I prefer downloading the complete package.

In my case, i can only update manually, because my unit is tencent version converted to global rom. Lets just wait until the end of the day, for sure someone will upload the file later.
