ZenScreen Touch MB16AMT switch on failure: black screen, blue light

Every couple of months, my screen turns black and I have to unplug it and let the battery drain for a few days in order for my monitor to turn on again. Please advise.

Hello Elan,
When the issue happen, may you try to press Power button and Menu Button at the same time
and see if the device can be forced shutdown and reboot?
If it does not work, please kindly send the device to our service center.
