I bought this Zenpad 3s 10 about 3 years ago. The very last O/S is 7.0.
Google One is asking for Android 7.1.1 to be able to backup data.
Do I understand that my Zenpad is already obsolete?
Asus, I was confident buying your products and hope to have a better support through regular Android version update...
Do I have to consider that Asus is leaving behind their Customers who put their trust in their products???
Customer service, any solution???
