Sonic studio 3 and sonic radar 3 not working

Description: the application is stuck on the opening screen and sometimes force closes after a while

how do i fix it? ive tried reinstalling it several times and still doesnt work

It seems that the problem exists on most of the asus rog lineup equipped with soundcard using sonic studio and radar on windows 10. I have similar issue on my motherboard (Asus ROG z270F gaming)
