screen turns off when shifting from default to silent mode

Detailed description： My pc has lagging issues it's not even been 1 month since I've got this laptop. and the armory crate is too difficult to understand . and when the system boots it goes from default mode to silent mode and this process is automatic but when this process happens my screen goes blank for 2 secs.how to off this?

Hi there,
It looks like the same situation when you plug in or unplug the adapter.
The monitor need to adjust different display setting under different mode.
If you have further concern, please share a video of the issue with us.
And we recommend to plug the adapter in when you are using the device.
