Screen doesn't switch off

Zenfone 2 de luxe. 4/64 GB. Android 6.0.1. The screen does not switch off after 15/30/60...seconds regardless of settings. It also doesn't switch off after I pick up a connection--it blinks erratically. Can somebody help me please?

Go to DEVELOPERS OPTION & disable STAY AWAKE option

@ansari.farhan144 Thank you for your reply. The matter is solved. The faulty USB/charging module got exchanged. Also the power consumption decresed significantly. Unfortunetely quick charge doesn't work now. Well... an old device must have it's problems.
