hi I recently upgraded to windows 11 now my laptop takes 5 mins to start and i cant get anything to run properly everything is slow nothing is happening for a long time when i click on a icon cant open web page to download any bios or driver updates please help no virus i ran a cleaner and windows scan that took hours

got all updates installed but still sluggish for internet and seems to have issue with Steam account took for ever to start up update and load my Game New World but once im on its fine?

Can you open task manager>Performance to monitor the CPU?
Does the cpu stay at super low GHz and suddenly rise up after you enter game?
