ROG Gaming Center and Armoury Crates Won't open

Model: Asus ROG STRIX G531GT
Frequency of occurrence: Always
Reset OS: Yes
ROG Gaming center won't open at all when i push the key button on my laptop and the fan button also doesn't work . Armoury crates app always error even if i tried to reinstall it. I'd reset my laptop and it wasn't work at all. What are the steps that need to be done to return the ability for Armoury crates to open without error and gaming center / fan button can work when i click on the button on the laptop
