ROG 5S dead within a months purchase

I have been struggling to get my money back from Asus as it's a manufacturing defect that the ROG 5s is dead within a months time of purchase. In first 10-15 days the wifi and the hot spot stopped working all of a sudden then the phone got blank and doesn't response. 

Asus India is only providing a repair solution of replacing the mothernoard of the phone and they are not ready to accept this as manufacturing defect to which I denied taking any repair service asi read N number of articles on zentalks n all over internet. This problem is faced by 5,5s, 5s pro users n they got this recurring problem even after changing the motherboard. Now the device is under repair warranty if this happens again post warranty Asus will charge the amount even higher than mobile phone itself. 

I have even esclated to CEO level but no response at all. This is a 2022 manufactured phone and I got to know this post buying as they haven't listed there info on the online platform. 

Which is cheating.. I have wasted my hard earned money for such pathetic brand which doesn't even have core values like customer experience. 

I think we should start boycotting all ASUS product in India and run a campaign.
