Hi.. i am trying to register my pc for check some bios upgrade help BUT !...
1 when i ask for recovery password to sign in the web, it do not recognize no e-mail direction i have
2 i made a new account but it says that the registration number is already taken
3 i bought this pc new in a store in 2014, so nobody should have this number
what can i do ??
