Description: Till August my Zenfone 3 Deluxe ZS570KL show me only a few restarts from the beginning of 2019, in August I lost my holiday photos because the phone stop working and the backup has not been performed.When I returned from holiday I tooked the phone to my local Asus services. They requested to pay around 11 euro just to take my phone in service. They told me that the diagnostic will be another tax. I think this is a abusive tax for paying at the service entrance. Normally I should pay after a diagnostic has been made and a repair performed.I refused and I perform two times a factory reset and re-flash of the full official firmware and the problem has been solved for a while.From August till a few days ago on the phone has been performed 4-5 times factory reset and re-flash of the official firmware and the frequencies of the restart of hanging has been low. A few days ago the phone keep restarting and hanging even I perform again a factory reset and re-flash the firmware.I'm not able to entrance in Safe Mode because phone restarting and hanging.After a Safe Mode attempting I receive message: Can't load Android system. Your data may be corrupted.If you continue to get this message, you may need to perform a factory data reset and erase all user data stored on this device.Also if I charge the phone to full battery and the phone restarting then the battery appear at a very low level (68%, 75% 92% or under the 50% and sometimes even 6% or 15% and the phone is turned off even the battery in the first place appeared to be fully charged). I'm very disappointed with this phone, I also suggested to all my friends to not buying anymore an Asus phone because the support is very disappointing and also the support for Android is the same.The last official firmware release for this phone was Oreo 8.0 that is knowing to have a big problem with battery life.Some vendors release Oreo 8.1 that solved the issue but not also the Asus case.Please provide a resolution for solving the problem and also please explain the paying tax at the entrance in the Service.
