Hi thombaresushil111, Kindly try clearing cache and data of messages. Tap and hold messages app > i > Storage & memory > Clear cache & data. Please also try putting other SIM cards in your phone, and check if the problem happens. If the problem still appears, kindly provide your firmware version and messages app version.
