İnstagram videolarını oynatırken sesi açtığımda videoyu kasıyor ve oynatmıyor. Ama sessizken videoda bir sorun yok.

Please kindly try to restore İnstagram app and clear data and cache.
(settings > apps & notifications > app info> camera > storage & memory >clear data and cache.

I have the same problem and I did all of the things you recommended but still have the problem on instagram. Videos play without sound, but when i open the voice, it stops. Twitter, youtube and netflix works fine, but not instagram videos 😞
