Frequency of Occurrence: When indoors and having 2 to 3 bars of signal

Description: Can't make and receive calls indoors even if I have 2 to 3 bars of signal. Please fix it, I missed two jobs because of this problem. I used to like zenfone series but this problem makes me regret buying this phone. I'm using globe prepaid sim.

Hi MikioFunamori We are sorry to hear that you are having this issue. What's your phone’s firmware version (Settings > About > Software information > Build number) Can you tell me when did you start experiencing this issue? Did you also encounter the porblem outdoor? Please check with different SIM card if possible. Thank you:)
