Description: Battery and motherboard issue
Last year in August I was with the phone in service in Bucharest and they required an entrance tax for service (not the finding and repair fee) and I refused and when on 05.02.2020 I was again because the phone stop working (from time to time the phone can be started but the battery doesn't last to much - at last 1 hour, and sometimes I remain with black screen) they required 419 euro for changing the motherboard that they founded defective. The phone cost me 483 euro and even I found a new Asus motherboard for the same model phone at 45 euro they refused to repair the phone.I want an explication why the motherboard cost so much when I already found a new one at 45 euro that they refuse to repair and where can I repair the phone at a decent price?
