Asus TF700T can't unlock boot

Rooted or not: yes
I can't unlock bootloader. I know that the server has changed to HTTPS. I use the instructions for unlocking via MITM, but the answer is always 105. And I can’t register the tablet on the site - "There is no such serial number." Any ideas why the tablet is not in the database and of course I can't unlock it?
