I have a built in digital mouse pad and numpad at the same time.
My mouse pad is working, but the Numpad isn't
How can I fix this ?

Hello EB,
May I know if the numpad light up and off correctly?
When did this issue start to happen? after any update or modification?
And please kindly record a short video of how you were tapping the numpad, in a brighter environment would be great.
