Asus manager is messing data connections

As in object, this terrible Asus manager is messing data connections. Other apps cannot download till i go in Asus manager data settings and enable/disable data. Seems that this settings has conflict with Oreo settings. Please, solve since this is a terrible bug. I reset firmware already, several times. When i set data usage from Asus manager, problem appears again.

I think so , there is full load of cache on your Phone. Just Clear it.

Thanks but I already did it. Useless. I did a factory reset also. As soon as Asus manager start to manage connections, it breaks play store downloads.

Hi dell_PMM9, Could you tell me which settings in Mobile Manager are you referring to by enable/disable data? Is it Mobile Manager > Data usage > Cellular / Wi-Fi > all apps? Please show me a screenshot of the settings for us to make sure, and tell us your mobile manager version, which apps cannot be downloaded, and show me a screenshot of this problem as well. Thank you for your help 🙂

To start a download, randomly I have to enter in airplane mode and exit, or clear data and cache of play services. The download starts, but next time blocked again. I did all the procedures Google suggest to repair download problems, but no success.
