ZenWIFI Pro ET12 Internet Speed on Internal Network

I have a network in my home that I am having a new issue with. I get in broadband from T Mobile via an Inseego FX3100 5G modem. This is connected to my LAN port on my ET12. I have three additional nodes for my home mesh to effectively get wifi on multiple floors and outdoors. Two are additional ET12 units connected via ethernet to LAN 1 and LAN 2 and the third is a ZenWIFI AX connected via ethernet to a ienRon 10 port gigabit unmanaged switch. My network consists of 11 clients connected via ethernet and 55 clients connected via a mixture of 2.4 and 5 ghz wifi. 

As of last week, I am suddenly have serious speed issues on my clients. It does not seem to matter if they are connected via wifi or ethernet. The speed test on the router QoS tab shows me anywhere from 360 to 470 Mbps, whereas any client (Mac laptop, windows desktop, iphone, android laptop, regardless of the connection, is lucky to get 9 to 10 Mbps, and communication via zoom and or teams has become very unstable. I have checked my network traffic on the router and it seems to stay below .25 MB/s.  I have also checked the QoS Bandwidth Monitor on the ET12, and nothing there shows as anything above a couple of kb.

Looking for some help on what to check as to culprit. Obviously I have rebooted the router, the modem, and all devices....
