I have the ZenWifi BE14000

My problem is I was going to place my camera stuff on its own VLAN and I have the wifi side ready for that but can not find the "VLAN" tab in the ASUS GUI to configure an ethernet port also. The online directions talk about this tab or page but it does not exist in my GUI. So it almost seems I can not change a physical port to a different VLAN and with all the settings available I would think I should be able to do that.

You will probably need to contact ASUS support as tabs (that should be there) have been known to be missing.  It might be a bug in the firmware as I understand all Guest Network Pro aka ASUSwrt 5.0 should support Ethernet VLAN, but at the same time there are very limited models listed on their instructions on how to set Ethernet VLAN up:
