Z790 ROG Strix registration

Hello.  Just bought a Z90 ROG Strix on eBay "Open Box" .  Try to register it, but it says already registered.  Want to download the latest BIOS.  Any suggestions on how to register it?  Thanks, Bert

Regarding the registration of your product's serial number, if you purchased a second-hand unit, we recommend reaching out to the original owner to confirm the registration details.
