The subject line says it all:  will an M.2 NVMe SSD work in an x16 slot in an old AMD M4A88TD-M/USB3 motherboard?

Hello @HawkMcDuck 

The M4A88TD-M does not support NVME SSDs, only SATA or PATA devices.

We also do not recommend using adapter cards to connect devices, as this may lead to potential compatibility or stability issues.
As we have observed repetitive posting: Will an M.2 NVMe SSD work in an x16 slot in an old AMD M4A88TD-M/USB3 motherboard? , we kindly suggest avoiding duplicate posts to prevent any potential confusion or discrepancies.
