CMK192GX5M4B5200C38 (4x48GB) and Proart x670E not compatible anymore with Ryzen 9000 serie

The ProArt X670E, ProArt X870E, and other high-end motherboards were compatible with the CMK192GX5M4B5200C38 (4x48GB kit running at 5200MHz) when used with the Ryzen 7000 series. However, this configuration is no longer compatible with the Ryzen 9000 series.

In my case, upgrading my CPU would mean downgrading my RAM capacity, which is quite disappointing.

For professional users, having high RAM capacity was essential for demanding workflows such as complex simulations in Houdini or 8K video editing. It's unfortunate that support for such configurations is being reduced with the Ryzen 9000 series.

Will this be addressed in a future BIOS update, or will there be alternative motherboard options that support high RAM capacities in the future?

For anyone with the same issue;
the MSI MAG B850M MORTAR WIFI is providing support in its QVL list for the CMK192GX5M4B5200C38 with the Ryzen 9000 serie. As I have no news from ASUS to bring back support for this kit I am switching to MSI

Hello @plesk8er

Sorry for any inconvenience caused by the delayed response.
ASUS has verified the motherboard for optimal stability and compatibility when used with the devices listed in the Memory QVL.
If the memory module you installed is not on the QVL, it does not necessarily mean the system will fail to boot. We recommend referring to the Purchasing and Installation Guide for further guidance.
Regarding updates to the QVL, we appreciate your valuable feedback. I will forward your suggestion to the relevant teams for further evaluation and consideration in future updates.

Thank you.
