Warranty Discrepancy for Recently Purchased Motherboard

I recently purchased an Asus motherboard from Amazon.de. Upon registering the product on the Asus website, I discovered that the warranty status indicated it had already expired, despite being a newly bought item. The Amazon product details state that product support is provided by Asus, the manufacturer.

Could you kindly advise on the appropriate steps to address this discrepancy?

Since you just purchased, may I ask if you have attempted to reach out to the retailer to confirm the warranty?
