Tuf Gaming Z790-Plus - Thunderbolt NVM31 Downgrade Tool

Building this machine with theTuf Gaming Z790-Plus board and an i9-14900k so will need the latest bios because of the chip. Have several UAD2 TB2 products so would like to maintain those. Have heard about this rollback tool but can't find it.

Can someone provide it that works with this board/chip combo and will allow me to have the latest bios but rollback the firmware on the TB4 card? Thank you so much!!!

Just sent you that info and asked whether the ASUS ThunderboltEX 3-TR card would work in this situation rather then messing with downgrading the BIOS.
