ThunderboltEx4 NVM31 downgrade tool

Hi there

after upgrading to the latest BIOS w/o checking all the old BIOS history 🙄  I now need a downgrade for regaining TB 1/2 support on a ProArt X570-Creator WIFI. 😟

I understood there was a separate firmware tool made available per individual SN/Model of a board. So I hope someone can help me out. 😟 🙏
