The BMC connected via IPv6 experiences packet loss issues

The BMC connected via IPv6 experiences packet loss issues. Other brand servers on the same network do not exhibit this problem. Could you provide a packet capture tool from the BMC's internal system to help us troubleshoot the issue? Thank you!

After testing, it was found that during ping tests with 1 packet per second, no packet loss occurs. However, when sending 3 or 4 packets per second, 1 out of every 7 packets is lost. This issue is likely related to the BMC of the machine. Does ASUS have an official solution or provide firmware updates to resolve this problem? The current BMC firmware version is 1.1.31, and the BIOS firmware version is 2602.
