SSD Bending When Installing Motherboard Heatsink

Whenever I tighten the ssd heatsink of my Asus TUF Gaming B850M-Plus WiFi, my WD Black SN850X SSD bends slightly under the heatsink. I installed the rubber spacer below where the SSD is supposed to go as my motherboard manual said, but it still bends slightly. Are there any other instructions that I am missing?
