Somebody have efi for downgrade thunderbolt nvm to 31 for rog strix z790-i motherboard?

I have problem with connecting my uad apollo twin tb2 with apple tb2 to tb3 adapter, as i knew it's nvm version trouble. My current version is - 38, i need version 31 for correctly working.

I tried send message to support mail but i can't provide serial number cause it always incorrect format

may be somebody can help me?
