RTL8821CE RUNNING 1/2 SPEED

I am using the ASUS TUF GAMING A520M-PLUS WIFI MOTHERBOARD. For some reason my wifi is only getting half speed for both downloads and uploads. I was getting 115 mbps down and 11 mbps up, but now it's 54 mbps down and 4 mbps up. I have reinstalled the factory driver and verified all the settings I can find no setting that explains why my card is only working at half duplex.

Could you please clarify whether this issue occurred immediately after building the PC or only after some time? If it appeared later, did it follow any recent changes, such as a BIOS update or hardware replacement?
May I also ask if the "factory driver" mentioned in your description refers to the latest driver available on the official support page?
Additionally, could you provide your current OS version and build number? Have you updated to the latest version? If you test the connection using an Ethernet cable, do you notice any significant differences?

Additionally, if your BIOS has not been updated to the latest version 3611, please consider updating it and performing a CMOS reset before checking whether the issue improves.
