For 2 times, My MB Orange Light (DRAM) was ON and I overlooked it and forced reboot it. It did POST after the reboot and since then my computer has problem turning the monitor off or sleep automatically.
After 35 days of usage I turned my PC off and the orange light is ON persistently, I tried minimum setup + 1 DIMM in A2/B2/A1 or whatsoever, it just won't boot again. I went to the vendor (Canada Computers) for a paid diagnostic and confirmed it is a Motherboard failure. But they won't do an exchange for me after 30 days, so I have to pay for my shipping for an RMA.
If I did an exchange 5 days early I won't be ended up like this. So for any issue just don't overlook it, do an exchange within the free exchange period (for me it is 30 days).

Hello, @taden
We regret to hear about your experience.
Regarding the Q-LED indicators mentioned, you can refer to the instructions in [Motherboard] ASUS motherboard troubleshooting via Q-LED indicators for troubleshooting steps.
For the DRAM indicator, we recommend cross-testing with the memory kits listed in the motherboard's QVL.
It seems that you have already initiated an RMA, and since repair details involve personal information, I have DM you for further assistance.

Thank you.
